Wagering Rules

11- BetPlatinum ™ reserves the right to "add, delete or change" house wagering rules and payoffs odds.

12 - By Computer, management keeps track of all wagers, points and/or price changes made prior to the start of an event to help minimize errors and aid in fairly settling disputes. For Phone Wagers: in all cases of a dispute, the digital recording of the transaction shall serve as the final determination of the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. READ BACK IS FINAL.

13- All claims must be made within 14 days from the date of the event. No claims will be honored after this time period. Claims or disputes must settle prior to making any further wagers

14 -Internet Account balances must be verified by the member on each login entry into the Online Sportsbook. Discrepancies must be reported at this time.

15 - Phone Account balances will be verified by the sports agent on the first call of the day only. Further account information, balances, or discrepancies may be obtained by contacting our customer services department.

16- Winning wagers will be credited after the conclusion of the event.

17- In the event of erroneous line posting due to obvious system or human error, all wagers placed on this incorrect line will be VOID. If you are the first person to report such an error you will receive a $25 free play.

18 - Members must use their PIN number and PASSWORD on all wagering phone calls.

19 - Nevada Gaming Rules apply to any rule or type of wager not covered by rules and regulations herein.

20 - Members must be 18 years of age or over.

21 - BetPlatinum ™ is a Costa Rican company and as such is neither required, nor does it report the winnings of individuals, to any government agencies. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of its members, if applicable, to report any winnings to their respective government Customs or Taxation departments.

22 - Robot play is considered illegal. Any winnings resulting from using robot software will be forfeited by the account holder.

23 - BetPlatinum reserves the right to ask excessive propositional players (1st Quarter, 2nd Quarter, Half Time, 2nd Half, 3rd Quarter, 4th Quarter and Matchups) to give us 50-50 action, meaning 50% game action and 50% props.
